August 10th & 11th | 10am-6pm Each Day

Marketing efforts include social media ads, radio ads, community bulletin boards, and more.

FOR ATTENDEES

  • Show hours will be 10am-6pm each day.
  • Admission is FREE (Donations will be collected at the door for the Georgetown VFW Post) We support our veterans!
  • Parking is FREE
  • Buy, Sell, or Trade
  • In addition to the show, activities to include live music, raffle giveaways, and food trucks.

  • ✔ Registration fee for spots is $150. The vendor spot includes one 8 foot table and two chairs. Additional tables will require the purchase of an additional spot.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.
  • ✔ Vendors are expected to be present during all hours of the show.
  • ✔ Setup time will be at 8am each day.
  • ✔ All registration fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • ✔ Registration fee for VIP Vendor spots is $200. VIP Vendors are placed in premium locations near the entrance of the hall. Spot includes one 8 foot table and two chairs. Electricity is only available for VIP vendors.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.

  • ✔ Registration fee for SPONSORSHIP vendors is $500 and includes 2 tables and 4 chairs near the entrance of the indoor hall, logo included in all marketing, promotional materials, tagged in all radio ads, and ability to do a giveaway item at the event.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.
  • ✔ Vendors are expected to be present during all hours of the show.
  • ✔ Setup time will be at 8am each day.
