Marketing efforts include social media ads, radio ads, community bulletin boards, and more.

  • ✔ Registration fee for spots is $100. The vendor spot includes one 6 foot table and two chairs. Additional tables will require the purchase of an additional spot.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.
  • ✔ Vendors are expected to be present during all hours of the show.
  • ✔ Setup time will be at 10am each day.
  • ✔ All registration fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • ✔ Registration fee for VIP Vendor spots is $200. VIP Vendors are placed in premium locations near the entrance of the hall. Spot includes one 6 foot table and two chairs. Electricity is only available for VIP vendors.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.
  • ✔ Vendors are expected to be present during all hours of the show.

  • ✔ Registration fee for SPONSORSHIP vendors is $500 and includes 3 tables and 6 chairs near the entrance of the indoor hall, logo included in all marketing, promotional materials, tagged in all radio ads, and ability to do a giveaway item at the event.
  • ✔ Registration fee includes entry to Vendor Trading Party Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Includes free beer, wine, and pizza. Vendor trading party is for vendors only.
  • ✔ Vendors are expected to be present during all hours of the show.
